Conference, Matchmaking, and Trade Fairs
INA is experienced in organizing conferences, meetings, exhibitions, promotional events, press briefings or participation in trade fairs. All the logistics, organizational and accommodation arrangements as well as finding speakers and inviting participants and matchmaking can be done by the INA. Costs are calculated on basis of expenses and time spent.
 
Netherlands Economic Mission 9 - 13 November 2008

From 9 until 13 November 2008, Netherlands Minister for Economic Affairs, Minister Van der Hoeven, visited Indonesia together with the Netherlands business delegation. Several events were held in conjunction with the Highlighted with signed MoU's between Indonesian companies and the Netherlands companies and between the Indonesian companies, the visit turned out to be a great success.

   
 
   
 
   
Port of Rotterdam Seminar 31 January 2008
Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta

A delegation of Rotterdam Port experts led by Capt. Kees Weststrate, visited Jakarta in the week of the 31st of January. Continuing the special sister-city relationship between Jakarta and Rotterdam , the delegation met with Indonesian government officials as well as Indonesian shippers, shipping companies and forwarders to discuss a wide range of topics related to the latest developments. On the 31st of January a full-day seminar was held. Special attention got the topic Rotterdam , Halal hub and Rotterdam , Centre for Biomass. At this moment Rotterdam has already three Halal distribution centres; VAT Logistics, Eurofrigo and VOPAK. Biomass is a growing source of energy in the world, offering new export possibilities to Indonesia . Over the last couple of years, the port of Rotterdam has started to play a central role in the globally growing market for Biofuels. This generates additional cargo flows.

Speakers of the seminar are:

Mr. Pieter Struijs, Chief Operating Officer Port Safety and Security, he talked about the Port of Rotterdam as Europe's leading Port in Port Safety & Security; Mr. Jos van de Leur reported the latest developments and investments in the Port of Rotterdam; Mr. Capt. Kees J. Weststrate introduced Rotterdam as Halal Hub in Europe; Mr. Johan Tzang, General Manager Hokomega Transportama talked about the latest Halal export developments in Indonesia; Mr. Victor Schoenmakers gave an explanation of the import rules and regulations in the European Union; Mr. Hans Janssen, Project Manager UN/ECE talked about the production and transportation of Biomass from South East Asia to Europe.

The port of Rotterdam frequently briefs shippers, shipping companies and forwarders worldwide about the latest developments in international container logistics, international bulk logistics, import procedures and distribution systems in Europe .

 
 
 
 
 
Indonesia Infrastructure and Exhibition 1-3 October 2006

The Holland Pavilion was funded by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and organized by INA together with the Royal Netherlands Embassy Jakarta.
