Elmar Bouma has been enjoying his position at INA for more than 9 years. Dedicated and very tall, you will easily spot him at INA's networking events.   Suhartono has been working at the INA office for more than 16 years. As the Business Development Manager, he is the man in charge of CBI and Senter programs as well as Market research projects. He can inform you of the latest business opportunities and help you with all your trade inquiries Mary Osmond is the Legal Adviser of INA and can assist you in answering your questions on how to set-up business in Indonesia but be aware she can be very strict following the laws and regulations.   Muqthi Ali is doing his best in promoting the Forum of Corporate Governance in Indonesia ( FCGI ) as well as the Good Corporate Governance implementation in Indonesia. Not an easy one but someone has to do the job. He also assists Ms. Mary as legal adviser.  Ratu Hunaifiah is the Office Retainer services and Job Mediation Manager and represents several companies who happily make use of her skills.   Sony Sianipar is the Office Service assistant. She is the friendly voice when you dial +62-21-52902177.   Anne F. Loing is a stress resistance general secretary. She is determined and very helpful to other colleagues and INA members. Wonderfully weird but in the same time she is the fun-to-be-with kind of colleague. Rusli is INA's driver. Don't judge a book by its cover. He is a calm driver.   Ratna  is a very important person. In her 11 years of INA service she's in charge of all the snacks and drinks. Bambang has been with INA more than 28 years( !) and worked his way up from office helper to Assistant Accountant. Picking up Dutch sentences here and there, he often provides comic relief to the other workers with his typical Javanese accent.   Sarijan another senior INA employee with an "airtime" of 20 years. No document is entering or leaving the INA office without his inspection. He also assists all departments with clipping, faxing and photocopying.
