Business Development Manager
He carries out the tasks related to business development of members and clients. He follows up trade inquiries by providing address information, carrying out market research, advices members and (potential) clients on market developments and partnerships, and giving the information about trade inquiries and places them in the INA publications where appropriate. He also serves 'Agentschap NL' (SenterNovem) for the R&D program, disseminates CBI programs, and assists the business matching programs for the trade mission.

Legal Adviser
The legal adviser advices companies as well as the INA staff on all aspects of all relevant legal issues in Indonesia, upon request. Reza is up-to-date on all business-related legal issues in Indonesia and pro-actively provides this information in INA's publications. He can arrange all the required licenses and permits to set up a company or to conduct certain business activities within the scope of services that INA offers, and he can arrange and facilitate changes in company structure or closing of a company.

Company Representation and Job Mediation She is responsible for representing or retaining companies when the owner can't. She advises companies as well as the INA staff on all aspect of all relevant tax issues in Indonesia, upon request. She can take care of companies' tax administration and bookkeeping.She is also in charge of all activities related to INA's job mediation function, which enfolds updating an adequate database of qualified persons looking for a job, job mediation, pre-selection of candidates, pre-interviewing candidates, propose pre-selected candidates to employers, and maintain a database of applicable remuneration structures.

NCSR/ Work Permit Adviser and Work and Stay Permit and Visa Arranger
As Sustainable Development and CSR Manager / Work Permits and Visa Officer, he is the manager of the department of INA that promotes CSR and Sustainability in Indonesia. Henny manages the financial administration of the INA Office, including the financial administration of projects and representations. This means that she prepares the periodic internal financial reports, assist in the preparation of the annual accounts, and monitors the cash liquidity. She is the one that administers INA membership fees and INA services. She is also in charge of all matters concerning personnel affairs, such as employment contracts and medical insurance.
