Dear INA Member,
The Netherlands Embassy and INA have agreed that all INA Member companies who have been member for at least two years, are eligible for the Orange Carpet visa procedure.
This means that upon your next application for a visa for yourself (if applicable) or the staff members of your company when planning to visit the Netherlands, the Netherlands Embassy will consider applying the Orange Carpet facility immediately. With the Orange Carpet facility, it is not necessary anymore to make an appointment to obtain a Schengen visa.
The passport and supporting documents (visit the Netherlands Embassy website http://indonesia.nlembassy.org/organization/departments/consular-affairs/schengen-visa/mandatory-documents.html for details) can simply be delivered to the Embassy in an envelope of your company and with the indication "INA Member" and you will receive a reply within the shortest possible time. Your company will remain responsible for your travelling staff members, and the Embassy reserves the right to ask first time applicants to appear in person and to ask for additional information. With this, the Netherlands Embassy and INA aim to make business travel between Indonesia and the Netherlands as easy as possible. Should you have any questions or any problems, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours sincerely
Elmar Bouma
